I’m an editor and writer primarily covering company policy, best practices for management and leadership, allyship, women's rights, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. I’ve also written extensively about tourism and development in the South. I’m passionate about helping people of all backgrounds succeed and educating myself and others on barriers to advancement.

A Mizzou journalism grad, I’ve lived and worked in three cities in recent years: Atlanta, Charlotte, and Durham. My bylines include Fast Company, Marriott Bonvoy Traveler, The Glossary, Her Agenda, Charlotte magazine, The Charlotte Observer, CharlotteFive, SouthPark magazine, Southbound magazine, and Atlanta magazine.

I love pop culture, hiking, good books, bad movies, and solo travel. In my off-time, I volunteer at a local community theater and take my dog, Olive, wherever she pleases. My most-used app is Spotify.
