Thanks for checking out my site! I’m an editor, writer, and content strategist with experience building content across digital, email, print, and travel media. And that’s my dog, Olive, who supports me in all of my endeavors.
I’m a writer, editorial leader, and content strategist with over a decade of experience publishing articles, magazines, and newsletters that help people make more informed decisions about their careers, communities, and the world around them.
Whether that’s a travel feature on the Southeast, a newsletter about career “desire paths,” or lead-gen concepts that find human-centered ways to convert, my work combines data, research, interviews, and first-person accounts with the most effective tool we have for communicating with humans: storytelling.
Career highlights (so far) include:
I founded The Pipeline, a first-person newsletter about women’s work and life that now reaches more than 500,000 subscribers. I also launched Stretch Break, a lifestyle newsletter focused on rest, reflection, and sustainable productivity.
I’ve partnered with organizations including YETI, BCG, Amazon, the Atlanta Braves, and Philips Arena (now State Farm Arena) on branded content grounded in journalistic reporting.
I’ve spoken at the Fast Company Innovation Festival and led webinars for Dress for Success and Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
I project managed a 250K-circulation city guide, leading the publication from concept to publication.
I was part of Southbound magazine’s CRMA-winning travel writing team.
I’ve also written extensively about workplace equity, as well as stories about place, culture, and development in the American South.
My bylines include Fast Company, InHerSight, Atlanta magazine, Southbound magazine, Marriott Bonvoy Traveler, The Charlotte Observer, Discover Durham, and others.
Outside of work, I love pop culture, solo travel, sewing, theatre, and taking my dog, Olive, wherever she pleases.
